David Yturri is a native Texan and a veteran of the United States Navy. A graduate of Texas Tech School of Law he has practiced Criminal Law for over 37 years, beginning his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bexar County. David established his defense practice in Dallas and Collin Counties in 1989. In 2015, David moved to Marble Falls establishing his practice in Burnet and surrounding counties. Over the years, David was lead counsel in over 200 criminal trials and disposed of over 4000 criminal cases by negotiated plea agreement.

In 2026 David retired from the practice of law. He continues to accept non- contested expunctions and occupational driver license cases in Burnet County, Texas.
