David Yturri is a native Texan and a veteran of the United States Navy. A graduate of Texas Tech School of Law he has practiced Criminal Law for over 37 years, first as an Assistant District Attorney in Bexar County. David establised his defense practice in Dallas and Collin Counties in 1989. In 2015, David moved to Marble Falls establishing his practice in Burnet and surrounding counties.

In 2022 David began semi-retirement, he continues to accept misdemeanor cases, expunctions and occupational driver license cases in Burnet County, Texas. Free telephone consultations are available.
